Our macaroons available online have no gluten ingredients but are not gliadin tested. Our frozen macaroon dough available in the grocer's freezer section is gluten free and glaidin tested to ensure no cross contamination with the wheat products in the facility. We take gluten intolerance seriously so we wanted you know incase you have a severe gluten allergy.
