Nadja loves to spend time with customers. She is often found at Wegmans stores or in Subway Restaurants passing out samples and receiving valuable feedback on her products.

When Nadja Foods attended their first Subway Convention, the Brownies were in Subway restaurants across Canada and one Subway store in the United States. Just three years later Nadja Foods Healthy Brownies are in over 31 distribution centers covering 42 States, and still growing.

Subway's NAASF Forums Nadja Foods exhibits at the North American Association of SUBWAY Franchisees Forums held in the Spring and Fall. There is always real excitement among the franchisees about having a great tasting healthy dessert to compliment Subway's line of 7 sandwiches with 6 grams of fat or less.  They like the fact that their customers can get a complete meal including a sandwich, drink and dessert with only 10 grams of fat.

AM BUFFALO Nadja is a regular guest on AM Buffalo with Linda Pellegrino, highlighting the growth of her Healthy Brownies in Subway Restaurants and Schools. She also demonstrates recipes from her Best Selling Cook Books. Click on "Recipes" for her latest creations.

ROCHESTER TV NEWS Nadja and her Healthy Brownie were the topic of News Stories on Channel 8 and Channel 10 in Rochester, NY. She was also a guest of Elizabeth Harness on the News 8 Sunrise Show. A camera crew visited a local Subway Restaurant and interviewed customers tasting the Brownie. The feedback was fabulous, customers were excited about having the option to get a reduced fat dessert.
